HyperHIT places no limit on the size of your file.  However, limits based on your hardware, as well as backup considerations, may restrain the size of your files.  Since you can open any number of HyperHIT files at a time, you can put all of your data in one large file, or split it across a number of HyperHIT files.  The choice is yours.
